Welcome to the Heart of the Plains Kennel Club, Inc. (HPKC) web site. HPKC is an American Kennel Club Member All-Breed Club serving Lubbock, Texas and surrounding communities. Our club is a charitable organization that promotes the sport of purebred dogs and responsible dog ownership through donations, public education projects and hosting AKC dog shows and obedience trials.
