Welcome to the Heart of the Plains Kennel Club, Inc. (HPKC) website. HPKC is an American Kennel Club Member All-Breed Club serving Lubbock, Texas and surrounding communities. Our club is an organization that promotes the sport of purebred dogs and responsible dog ownership through donations, public education projects and hosting AKC dog shows and obedience trials.
